Shipping Policy & Pick-up

With convenient delivery and pickup methods, LIFERACER.ch is making it easier and safer to get the products you want.

We want our customers to to receive the product as soon as possible and to be 100% satisfied, which is why we take our customers very seriously. We guarantee prompt delivery (for all locations inside Switzerland) of all ordered items (under the condition, the items are in stock). To do so, LIFERACER.ch gives you many delivery options to choose.

Deliveries are sent by post/courier or by our team to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoicing is done by email or by post. Before you finalise your order, you can choose between various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. With shipping, the benefits and risks pass to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible; this means that the customer is solely responsible for transport damage.

Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. In case you have any special requests you are kindly asked to note them down in the section ‘’comments’’ located at the bottom of the order.

In case we run out of stock, we will let you know immediately and suggest other similar products or money back guarantee! We will let you know of the possible delivery time for the other ordered items.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Processing Time

We process all orders placed on our website within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed Monday – Friday (9 am – 5 pm) will start processing on the same day. Orders made after 5 pm will start processing the next business day. There are no orders being processed or shipped on weekends.

Update: Although our processing times for shipments are not affected by COVID-19, please note that shipping companies are still being affected by the impact and delays may occur. 

Free Shipping Within Switzerland

With us, you never have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get your scooter. If it is in stock, we will conduct quality checks within 1-2 business days and shipping takes between 2 to 4 business days, depending on POST AG. Get your scooter within a week or so.

Shipping is free for all orders over CHF 200,- and total weight up to 30 kg with some Free Shipping Restrictions:

  • Refurbished electric scooters are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Electric scooters and other products marked as discounted are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Electric scooters and other products on sale are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Electric scooters paid with instalment payment.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.

Buy Online & Pick Up in Store

Get your items faster with free in-store pickup. Put your favourite items in the shopping cart, proceed the payment and by delivery option choose the Pick Up in your nearest LIFERACER.ch store. You’ll get an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. When you get to the store, we may ask to see your personal identification. We’ll hold your order for 7 days, so stop by soon!

Flat Rate International Delivery

Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you’ve entered your delivery address, you’ll be able to see the available delivery services. 

We are trying our best to speed up the process, making your package arrive as soon as possible in most EU member countries, offering FLAT-RATE international shipping. International delivery is available for all orders with total weight up to 2.00 kg. Delivery time varies by country.

  • Standard delivery up to 2 kg, without tracking number CHF 15,-
  • Standard delivery up to 2 kg, with tracking number CHF 29,-
  • Express delivery up to 2 kg, with tracking number CHF 49,-

Are you from a country listed above and the delivery option do not appear at the check out page? 

Your order weight more than 2.00 kg. You will need to make a separate order for your chosen items. 

Wrong Or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible and pay for all delivery cost to re-deliver the order to a corrected address. LIFERACER.ch will not be responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

On acceptance of orders, LIFERACER.ch will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. LIFERACER.ch will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, LIFERACER.ch may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to distribution center and inventory availability.

Buy Online & Pick Up in Store

We’ll send you an email or app notification as soon as your order is ready.

Yes, but only one order—and store—at a time. After you pick up your first order at the first store, you’ll be able to request Pickup for another order at a different store.

International Delivery

Shipping Cost

Basic

Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services and on all Express Delivery services. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
