These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Life Racer (“us”), concerning your access to and use of the www.liferacer.ch website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Terms and Conditions are important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info. There’s a lot going on here at Life Racer and from time to time our busy team may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. Life Racer contains information about products and services. Price and range changes as well as technical changes remain reserved. All information on www.liferacer.ch (product descriptions, images, films, dimensions, weights, technical specifications, accessories designations and other information) are only to be understood as approximate values ​​and in particular do not represent any assurance of properties or guarantees, unless explicitly stated otherwise . Life Racer endeavours to provide all information on this website correctly, completely, up-to-date and clearly, but Life Racer cannot guarantee this either expressly or implicitly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices include VAT (where applicable).
Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see below). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Life Racer cannot guarantee that the listed products are available at the time of the order. Therefore, all information on availability and delivery times are subject to change and can change at any time without notice. The delivery period specified in the web shop is non-binding and not binding for Life Racer. The effective delivery time is determined by the supplier of Life Racer and may differ from the information in the web shop.

The Best price guarantee is only valid for the products from regular sales under the condition that the item is actually obtainable. The guarantee does not include any items from private sales, auction platforms, closing down sales or through other non regular retail channels. When claiming the good price guarantee, other benefits for an item with an accepted good price guarantee cannot be used.

Orders can be placed 7 days a week/24 hours a day. Before you place your order, you can modify the contents of your shopping cart. You can add additional items, modify the amount of items, or delete items. When you are convinced that you want to purchase the items in the shopping cart, click on »order«.

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

We look through the order in 48 hours, check delivery and confirms or refuses the order with a given reason. We reserve the right to call the purchaser on his phone number. After order confirmation, we inform you of possible delivery time by email.

The seller packs and dispatches product(s) in promised time together with the original receipt, users’ manual and warranty.

Life Racer follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The feedback we receive is almost universally excellent. But one of the main reasons why it is so good is because whenever clients have raised issues in the past, we take them seriously and take action where necessary.

Indeed, one of the reasons why our customer service is so good is specifically because we do listen to what our customers have to say, and over the years we have tweaked things and made improvements to help ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.

You can use several gift vouchers for an individual purchase, but you can not use one Gift Voucher for more than one order. Substituting gift vouchers for cash is not possible. In some cases, gift vouchers cannot be combined with promotional codes. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after issue date and they can be redeemed within that time. Inside your shopping cart, featuring the selected item, you will find a box to enter Gift Voucher or Promotional Code. Enter the ten-digit gift code into the code/certificate box. By clicking the button to the right, the gift voucher is activated. If the code is correct, the system will automatically deduct the amount of gift voucher from the sum total of your order. If the code is not correct, the system will notify you, that the code you entered is incorrect.

The customer is not granted a right of withdrawal. Delivered items cannot be returned, only if the goods do not have features that (“we”) Life Racer explicitly promised, if we sent you the wrong product, the wrong quantity, colour, or if goods otherwise deviate from the purchaser’s order, the purchaser is entitled to claim the goods. After prior agreement with the seller, the goods can be returned by post or be brought to the office personally.

The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects with 24 hours of the time of delivery, for which Life Racer guarantees, immediately in writing by letter or email.

The guarantee is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is in compliance with the law obliged to provide the purchaser a guarantee for the proper functioning of the purchased goods. The purchaser can claim the warranty directly at the www.liferacer.ch by sending us picture and descriptions of defect.

Based on the forward material, the manufacturer alone decides whether a defective part will be repaired or replaced under warranty.

 

n addition to the grant, the manufacturer (not Life Racer) offers the 1st owner a guarantee for production and manufacturing errors. The guarantee terms of the bicycle manufacturer or the regulations of the component manufacturer apply. Life Racer processes the guarantees according to the manufacturer’s instructions for the customer.
The guarantee period depends on the article. The guarantee period is specified for each article in the article description in the “Guarantee period in months” field and is binding. No guarantee is given if this entry is missing.
The working time to make warranty claims to the importer or manufacturer is at the expense of the customer. Any postage and packaging costs to send defective parts to the importer or the manufacturer are also borne by the customer.
The guarantee does not apply to electric bicycles: troubleshooting software errors, installing software updates, cleaning plug connections and plug contacts as a result of moisture or dirt. Reviving deeply discharged or asleep batteries.

 

Returns to Life Racer are made at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer has to send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects, to the return address specified by Life Racer.

 

If the inspection by Life Racer reveals that the goods do not have any identifiable defects or are not covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee, Life Racer can invoice the customer for the activities, the return or any disposal.

The guarantee is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is in compliance with the law obliged to provide the purchaser a guarantee for the proper functioning of the purchased goods. The purchaser can claim the warranty directly at the www.liferacer.ch by sending us picture and descriptions of defect.

1 year on the batteries (excluding faulty use),
2 years on scooters (excluding breakage, puncture, oxidation, lack of use of any kind).
In order to enjoy ZERO scooters fully and for a long time, LIFE RACER strongly advise you the correct use of scooters. Please have a look of 10 main recommendations for use of ZERO scooters.

Warning: Any scooter which has undergone a modification relating to an increase in its power/speed beyond the legal limit may no longer be covered by the warranties.
Exclusion of warranty:
Replacement of consumables (bulbs, fuses, tyres, inner tube…).
Abnormal or improper use of the product. The customer is invited in this respect to carefully consult the instruction manual supplied with the product, as well as the recommendations.
Breakdowns related to accessories (power cables, etc.).
Defects and their consequences due to the intervention of the customer or any other third party
not approved by the product manufacturer.
Defects and their consequences related to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended (use in the rain, professional, collective…).
Defects and their consequences related to any external cause or normal wear and tear.
Batteries that have become damp, cold or hot, either contrary to recommendations, are excluded
from any warranty.
Scooters which have not been serviced in accordance with the instructions in the user manual, i.e. every year and/or 1000 km, are excluded from any warranty.
Any scooter which has been structurally modified to develop more power than is legally required may lose all warranty.

No after-sales service procedure under warranty will be taken into account without original receipt of LIFE RACER.
The shipping costs will be at your expense and the return costs will be at our expense, as soon as the defective product falls under the warranty.
Be careful to pack the scooter in its original cardboard box or similar packaging, with adequate protection, as transport damage is not covered by the warranty. The corresponding invoice should also be enclosed.
Upon receipt of the package, we will send you an email confirming that the warranty has been taken care of, as well as the tracking number for its return, or a repair estimate that you will have to validate, in the event that the problem is not covered by the warranty.

You agree with Terms and Conditions by accessing the Site www.liferacer.ch, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Deliveries are sent by post/courier or by our team to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoicing is done by email or by post. Before you finalise your order, you can choose between various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. With shipping, the benefits and risks pass to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible; this means that the customer is solely responsible for transport damage.

Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. In case you have any special requests you are kindly asked to note them down in the section ‘’comments’’ located at the bottom of the order.

In case we run out of stock, we will let you know immediately and suggest other similar products or money back guarantee! We will let you know of the possible delivery time for the other ordered items.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. Delivery is available for Switzerland and in most EU member countries. 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

 
If the delivery is undeliverable or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Life Racer can terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email to the customer and setting a reasonable period of time, and can invoice the costs for the activities. The feedback we receive is almost universally excellent. But one of the main reasons why it is so good is because whenever clients have raised issues in the past, we take them seriously and take action where necessary.

Indeed, one of the reasons why our customer service is so good is specifically because we do listen to what our customers have to say, and over the years we have tweaked things and made improvements to help ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.

So please take a moment to let us know how we are doing! And that is not all, we also give away 50 CHF every month to our facebook/instagram followers or registered users. Gift Vouchers will be sent to you as a gift voucher code.

You can use several gift vouchers for an individual purchase, but you can not use one Gift Voucher for more than one order. Substituting gift vouchers for cash is not possible. In some cases, gift vouchers cannot be combined with promotional codes. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after issue date and they can be redeemed within that time. Inside your shopping cart, featuring the selected item, you will find a box to enter Gift Voucher or Promotional Code. Enter the ten-digit gift code into the code/certificate box. By clicking the button to the right, the gift voucher is activated. If the code is correct, the system will automatically deduct the amount of gift voucher from the sum total of your order. If the code is not correct, the system will notify you, that the code you entered is incorrect.

The customer is not granted a right of withdrawal. Delivered items cannot be returned, only if the goods do not have features that (“we”) Life Racer explicitly promised, if we sent you the wrong product, the wrong quantity, colour, or if goods otherwise deviate from the purchaser’s order, the purchaser is entitled to claim the goods. After prior agreement with the seller, the goods can be returned by post or be brought to the office personally.

The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects with 24 hours of the time of delivery, for which Life Racer guarantees, immediately in writing by letter or email.

The guarantee is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is in compliance with the law obliged to provide the purchaser a guarantee for the proper functioning of the purchased goods. The purchaser can claim the warranty directly at the www.liferacer.ch by sending us picture and descriptions of defect.

Based on the forward material, the manufacturer alone decides whether a defective part will be repaired or replaced under warranty.

 

n addition to the grant, the manufacturer (not Life Racer) offers the 1st owner a guarantee for production and manufacturing errors. The guarantee terms of the bicycle manufacturer or the regulations of the component manufacturer apply. Life Racer processes the guarantees according to the manufacturer’s instructions for the customer.
The guarantee period depends on the article. The guarantee period is specified for each article in the article description in the “Guarantee period in months” field and is binding. No guarantee is given if this entry is missing.
The working time to make warranty claims to the importer or manufacturer is at the expense of the customer. Any postage and packaging costs to send defective parts to the importer or the manufacturer are also borne by the customer.
The guarantee does not apply to electric bicycles: troubleshooting software errors, installing software updates, cleaning plug connections and plug contacts as a result of moisture or dirt. Reviving deeply discharged or asleep batteries.

 

Returns to Life Racer are made at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer has to send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects, to the return address specified by Life Racer.

 

If the inspection by Life Racer reveals that the goods do not have any identifiable defects or are not covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee, Life Racer can invoice the customer for the activities, the return or any disposal.

1 year on the batteries (excluding faulty use),
2 years on scooters (excluding breakage, puncture, oxidation, lack of use of any kind).
In order to enjoy ZERO scooters fully and for a long time, LIFE RACER strongly advise you the correct use of scooters. Please have a look of 10 main recommendations for use of ZERO scooters.

Warning: Any scooter which has undergone a modification relating to an increase in its power/speed beyond the legal limit may no longer be covered by the warranties.
Exclusion of warranty:
Replacement of consumables (bulbs, fuses, tyres, inner tube…).
Abnormal or improper use of the product. The customer is invited in this respect to carefully consult the instruction manual supplied with the product, as well as the recommendations.
Breakdowns related to accessories (power cables, etc.).
Defects and their consequences due to the intervention of the customer or any other third party
not approved by the product manufacturer.
Defects and their consequences related to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended (use in the rain, professional, collective…).
Defects and their consequences related to any external cause or normal wear and tear.
Batteries that have become damp, cold or hot, either contrary to recommendations, are excluded
from any warranty.
Scooters which have not been serviced in accordance with the instructions in the user manual, i.e. every year and/or 1000 km, are excluded from any warranty.
Any scooter which has been structurally modified to develop more power than is legally required may lose all warranty.

No after-sales service procedure under warranty will be taken into account without original receipt of LIFE RACER.
The shipping costs will be at your expense and the return costs will be at our expense, as soon as the defective product falls under the warranty.
Be careful to pack the scooter in its original cardboard box or similar packaging, with adequate protection, as transport damage is not covered by the warranty. The corresponding invoice should also be enclosed.
Upon receipt of the package, we will send you an email confirming that the warranty has been taken care of, as well as the tracking number for its return, or a repair estimate that you will have to validate, in the event that the problem is not covered by the warranty.

You agree with Terms and Conditions by accessing the Site www.liferacer.ch, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Deliveries are sent by post/courier or by our team to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoicing is done by email or by post. Before you finalise your order, you can choose between various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. With shipping, the benefits and risks pass to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible; this means that the customer is solely responsible for transport damage.

Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. In case you have any special requests you are kindly asked to note them down in the section ‘’comments’’ located at the bottom of the order.

In case we run out of stock, we will let you know immediately and suggest other similar products or money back guarantee! We will let you know of the possible delivery time for the other ordered items.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. Delivery is available for Switzerland and in most EU member countries. 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

 
If the delivery is undeliverable or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Life Racer can terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email to the customer and setting a reasonable period of time, and can invoice the costs for the activities. The purchase price will not be refunded.
