The Apollo City PRO electric scooter from the Canadian brand Apollo is the dual-motor version of the City. Dual motors means a 500 Watt motor in each wheel, so great hill climbing performance! 48 V 18 Ah Lithium-Ion battery and regenerative braking system (which recovers energy when you brake), you can easily cover nearly 60 km range on a single charge. The Apollo City PRO has 10-inch inflatable tires, and has a maximum load weight of 120 kg.
Its weight of 29.5 kg is more than great for a two-motor scooter. After quickly folding down the steering rod, you can easily carry it or board a bus or train with it. The folding mechanism is simple and quick. Once clicked into riding position, it is solid. It exhibits zero bending and one may say that this is one of the best folding mechanisms out there. The steering bar gets conveniently attached to the rear step and the scooter can be then held by one hand. The City PRO 2022 is not waterproof but it comes with IP66 water resistance rating.
